Enbridge Financial Services // AUBURN Insurance Underwriters:
Enbridge Financial Services are our Placing Underwriters and Underwriting Admin Managers, with many years’ experience in the direct-writing and reinsurance markets. Auburn is in fact an autonomous Agent of Enbridge, meaning that we provide all the necessary risk placing service in conjunction with you, the Broker, but with final acceptance approval from Enbridge in Sandton.
Underwriting Mandate:
• General Commercial and Industrial, ie, “C&I” – type business
• Niche Product offerings, ie, Body Corporate and Hospitality (excluding “Bed and Breakfast”)
• “Advisory Decline” risks would be some high-fireload risks – eg, sawmilling, plastics, paint (chemical-based), paper, rubber, etc. - and certain types of crime risks / risk localities. Also, we do not underwrite unit-rated fleets.
• Our Acceptance Limits can be discussed, depending on the specifics of any case you may wish us to appraise and / or quote on. We are flexible!
